Description

  • Lead complex, strategic, and high-risk customer implementations as a hands-on program leader.
  • Translate commercial commitments into clear scope, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate onboarding execution across Operations, Technology, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and other functions.
  • Maintain customer-facing governance, communication, decision discipline, and implementation oversight.
  • Plan operational readiness, transition activities, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Manage the onboarding portfolio, pipeline demand, resource capacity, governance cadence, and executive reporting.
  • Monitor delivery metrics, identify risks and capacity constraints, and recommend staffing, sequencing, or prioritization changes.
  • Coach and develop onboarding project managers, assign work, support hiring, and build team capabilities.
  • Establish early-warning signals, facilitate cross-functional decisions, escalate issues, and hold owners accountable for follow-through.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, technology, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive project, program, or implementation leadership experience, including complex customer-facing implementations.
  • 3+ years of formal people-management experience, including coaching and performance management.
  • Experience managing deals valued at $10M or more.
  • Active PMP certification.
  • Advanced hands-on proficiency with Smartsheet or an equivalent project management platform, including plans, dependencies, dashboards, portfolio views, and executive reporting.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent implementations or a delivery portfolio, including capacity planning, resource forecasting, governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and communicate effectively with customers and executives.
  • Practical experience using AI-enabled tools for delivery management, risk identification, reporting, and administrative efficiency with appropriate human review.
  • Current and continuing unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
  • Preferred: experience in supply chain, service logistics, field service, SaaS, managed services, enterprise implementations, multi-region launches, or operational integrations; familiarity with HubSpot, CRM, ERP, service management, or business intelligence platforms.
