Description

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and outcome-based roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Use product knowledge, industry insights, and market intelligence to develop competitive and innovative products.
  • Monitor revenue, costs, and product metrics, and drive initiatives that improve growth and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and assess product-market fit with business development teams.
  • Research customer needs, user behavior, and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project management, engineering, customers, marketing, and customer-facing teams to support discovery and delivery.
  • Manage product operations to ensure smooth delivery, scalability, and ongoing product support.
  • Own product positioning and market messaging, translating capabilities into customer value stories that support sales.
  • Analyze product performance data and lead optimization efforts based on insights and feedback.
  • Manage product lifecycle activities from ideation through delivery and post-launch optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, product management, business analysis, computer science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager.
  • Proven track record in product development, discovery, delivery, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance measurement tools.
  • Proven use of AI LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
  • Familiarity with Jira Product and Development, Figma, SmartSheet, and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, agile methodologies, and product management frameworks.
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without restrictions or expirations.
