Description

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives on prospecting strategies and build effective BDR and AE partnerships.
  • Conduct phone prospecting to secure qualified meetings in a competitive sales environment.
  • Run multi-channel outreach campaigns using email and LinkedIn to support lead generation.
  • Conduct qualification meetings with prospects and, in some cases, manage end-to-end sales cycles in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
  • Generate qualified appointments that convert into sales opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Build strong relationships with contacts through curiosity, fast connection, and empathy.
  • Contribute to team performance through challenges, incentives, and a high-energy sales process.
  • Support growth initiatives that may lead to future opportunities in Account Executive or BDR leadership roles.

Requirements

  • Native English is required.
  • French is a plus.
  • 1 year of experience as a BDR in SaaS software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a phone-driven, multi-channel outbound sales environment.
  • Strong curiosity and empathy for prospects.
  • Ability to connect quickly and build meaningful relationships.
  • Interest in progressing into Account Executive or leadership roles over time.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
