Description

  • Manage and optimize the full HubSpot platform, including CRM setup, pipelines, reporting, and data structure.
  • Design and implement advanced automation workflows across sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Support sales operations including sequences, dashboards, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Manage marketing campaigns including email, landing pages, lead capture, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Drive data quality and governance initiatives, including deduplication, validation, and process improvements.
  • Build and maintain integrations with third-party tools and APIs, and manage real-time data synchronization via webhooks.
  • Oversee Aircall integration and call workflows to ensure seamless CRM tracking and automation.
  • Leverage AI within HubSpot and external tools to enhance productivity, personalization, and reporting.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates and funnel performance from lead to closed deal.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing the HubSpot platform across all hubs.
  • Strong frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3 (semantic markup and responsive design), JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery.
  • Experience with Bootstrap for responsive layouts and familiarity with Slick Slider and WOW.js for UI effects.
  • Familiarity with visitor tracking/personalization tools such as FingerprintJS.
  • Backend proficiency with PHP 8+, solid OOP and MVC framework experience.
  • Experience with Apache 2.4 administration (including mod_rewrite, mod_security, mod_evasive) and MySQL/MariaDB database design, optimization, and administration.
  • Experience building and consuming JSON-based REST APIs, integrating with HubSpot CRM APIs, and using webhooks for real-time integrations.
  • Cloud and infrastructure experience managing VPS/cloud platforms (e.g., Vultr), Debian/Linux administration, shell scripting, cron jobs, and Cloudflare for DNS/CDN/DDoS protection.
  • Proficiency with Git for version control and knowledge of security best practices including UFW, ModSecurity, Fail2ban, file integrity monitoring (e.g., AIDE), SSL/TLS management with Let’s Encrypt/Certbot, secure SSH configuration, and security auditing tools (e.g., Lynis).
