Description

  • Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and architecture documentation.
  • Lead solution architecture decisions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures.
  • Optimize platform functionality and overall system performance.
  • Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and critical defects.
  • Mentor and support developers while identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and development practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture roles.
  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong experience leading technical initiatives and establishing development standards.
  • Proven ability to mentor developers and support team capability growth.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.
  • Advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling, SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous processing.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations, including REST and SOAP services.
  • Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency with DevOps and release management tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Gearset.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect are preferred.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with Azure, AWS, or other external platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce enterprise design patterns and packaging strategies is preferred.
  • Exposure to automation technologies and AI-enabled solutions is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and influence technical teams.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working autonomously.
