Description

  • Act as the primary escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support engineers.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, and enterprise application issues.
  • Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) using Microsoft Entra.
  • Assist clients with cybersecurity and compliance framework requirements.
  • Troubleshoot Sophos firewalls and Ubiquiti UniFi networking solutions.
  • Monitor service tickets, system alerts, and logs to ensure timely resolution and proactive issue handling.
  • Identify system vulnerabilities and implement remediation to reduce recurring incidents.
  • Design, plan, and deliver IT infrastructure projects.
  • Lead Microsoft 365, file server, and SharePoint migration projects.
  • Deploy and configure Intune environments, disaster recovery solutions, and networking infrastructure including firewall deployments.
  • Support technical research and solution design alongside the Technical Manager.
  • Build and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, knowledge base articles, and system records.
  • Maintain accurate project, service, and time-recording documentation.
  • Foster strong client relationships through professional communication and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or multi-client IT services environment.
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Ability to independently learn, evaluate, and implement new technologies.
  • Proven ability to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Relevant IT qualifications or industry certifications are highly regarded.
  • Microsoft 365 administration experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
  • Experience with router and firewall administration.
  • Experience with network administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender or other endpoint protection platforms.
  • Experience with ConnectWise Automate or similar RMM platforms (desirable).
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar ticketing systems (desirable).
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure (desirable).
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerShell (desirable).
  • Experience with Cloudflare products (desirable).
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or other VDI technologies (desirable).
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone System (desirable).
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (desirable).
  • Experience with Microsoft Sentinel or other SIEM platforms (desirable).
  • Knowledge of security frameworks such as CIS or NIST (desirable).
  • Experience with Ubiquiti UniFi (desirable).
  • macOS support experience (desirable).
  • ITIL knowledge (desirable).
  • Microsoft 365 Expert, Azure Associate, or equivalent certification.
  • Networking and/or firewall certification.
  • Cybersecurity certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Fast learner with a proactive and inquisitive mindset.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and technical certification.
