Description

  • Design, implement, maintain, and optimize the enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Manage physical and virtual server environments across multiple locations.
  • Administer Windows and Linux servers to support high availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Perform capacity planning, resource allocation, system upgrades, migrations, and server lifecycle management.
  • Manage Active Directory, including Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Organizational Units.
  • Handle user provisioning, permissions, authentication, and access control.
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot VMware and virtual machine environments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, firewall, VPN, switch, and router configurations.
  • Manage endpoint protection, patching, vulnerability remediation, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 infrastructure support, coordinate with vendors, and maintain technical documentation and audit materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or enterprise IT operations.
  • Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure architecture.
  • Strong Windows Server administration experience.
  • Strong Linux administration experience, including shell commands.
  • Experience with VMware and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and domain environments.
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Experience with firewall, endpoint security, and system hardening.
  • VMware, Microsoft, Linux, or networking certifications preferred.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance standards preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or multi-branch IT environments preferred.
