Description

  • Provide advanced helpdesk support for Microsoft 365 and cloud services.
  • Set up new users, accounts, printers, and new devices.
  • Configure devices and migrate data from old devices to new devices.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and client-end technical problems.
  • Deliver phone, email, and remote IT support to managed services customers.
  • Support Microsoft 365 workloads including SharePoint, Intune, and Conditional Access.
  • Handle cloud-focused tasks such as DNS configuration and SSL certificate support.
  • Work with on-premise infrastructure, including environments using Azure AD Sync.
  • Use MSP tools including Kaseya Autotask PSA, CW Automate, CW Control, and ITGlue.
  • Take on project-based tasks and upskill to broaden technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT support experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune, and Conditional Access.
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in an MSP organization with daily time accounting.
  • Strong understanding of DNS, share permissions, AD OU structure, and NTFS permissions.
  • Formal IT qualification is required or strongly preferred, with evidence of willingness and ability to learn.
  • Integrity is the top personal characteristic sought.
  • Optimistic, adaptable mindset with a "cup is half-full" attitude.
  • Desired experience in high-pressure, varied environments is a plus.
  • Sound network troubleshooting skills are preferred.
  • Experience supporting Server 2016-2025 users is desired.
  • Experience with Autotask, Automate RMM, ITGlue, or similar MSP tools is preferred.
