Description

  • Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, and general connectivity issues.
  • Configure, maintain, and support client network infrastructure.
  • Support connectivity for remote users and field teams, including iPads and mobile devices.
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure networking environments, including VNets and connectivity components.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Resolve outages efficiently and minimize service disruption.
  • Manage network-related escalations and critical incidents in collaboration with Systems Engineers.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout incidents and resolutions.
  • Identify recurring issues and take proactive steps to prevent them.

Requirements

  • Strong experience working in a managed services provider (MSP) environment.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Azure networking components.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with RMM/PSA platforms such as Kaseya, N-able, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of firewalls, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and core networking principles.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting VPNs.
  • Experience with Azure VNets, NSGs, and cloud connectivity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a calm and methodical approach during outages.
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly, collaborate across technical teams, and take ownership of incidents.
