Description

  • Lead architecture and design for data center, WAN/LAN, cloud, and hybrid network and security environments.
  • Assess requirements, define solutions, and align designs with enterprise standards, compliance frameworks, and strategic objectives.
  • Lead and delegate work to engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Manage concurrent workstreams, dependencies, priorities, and delivery risks.
  • Provide technical governance and quality assurance from design through deployment, validation, and optimization.
  • Create, review, and present architectural documentation, HLDs, and LLDs to technical and executive audiences.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex network and security challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor roadmaps, including Arista, Cisco, and Palo Alto.
  • Influence client stakeholders through architecture reviews, meetings, and steering committees.
  • Collaborate with internal AHEAD teams on solution consistency, knowledge sharing, and delivery methodology alignment.

Requirements

  • Expertise in WAN/LAN, enterprise networking, network security, and cloud environments, including Azure.
  • GCP experience is preferred.
  • Ability to architect, design, and deliver enterprise solutions.
  • Consultative and technical leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Experience leading engineering teams and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, technical governance, and solution lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with vendors such as Arista, Cisco, and Palo Alto is beneficial.
