Description

  • Design and own automation frameworks for functional and performance testing.
  • Build agents that automate QA and testing workflows to reduce engineering friction.
  • Develop, deploy, and operate the applications and services that support automation in production environments.
  • Take prototypes from demos through user feedback, iteration, hardening, monitoring, and production operation.
  • Identify gaps in existing test frameworks and tooling and deliver solutions to address them.
  • Partner with product teams to understand automation needs and deliver production-ready services.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience building production software.
  • Demonstrated experience with test infrastructure, test frameworks, developer tooling, and platform engineering.
  • Proven ability to build, ship, iterate on, and drive adoption of test automation frameworks and agentic solutions from the ground up.
  • Fluency with agentic coding tools, including orchestrating multiple agents and reviewing agent-generated pull requests.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and deployment lifecycle management.
  • Ability to independently turn ambiguous problem statements into scoped, defensible solutions.
  • Experience with relevant technologies such as Java, Python, Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, TestNG, Maven, Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, SQL, Docker, Grafana, SumoLogic, Gatling, Claude Code, and MCP servers.
