Description

  • Design and own the automation framework for functional and performance testing.
  • Build agents to automate QA and testing workflows and reduce engineering friction.
  • Build, deploy, and operate the applications and services that automation depends on in production.
  • Take prototypes through iteration to hardened, monitored, production-ready solutions.
  • Identify gaps in existing frameworks and tools and develop improvements to close them.
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand automation requirements and deliver solutions from scratch.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience building production software.
  • Demonstrated depth across test infrastructure, test frameworks, developer tooling, and platform engineering.
  • Proven track record building agentic solutions and test automation frameworks from the ground up.
  • Fluency with agentic coding tools in daily workflow, including orchestrating multiple agents and reviewing agent-generated PRs.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and deployment lifecycle management.
  • Ability to take ambiguous problem statements and independently turn them into scoped, defensible solutions.
  • Experience with Java, Python, Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, TestNG, Maven, Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, SQL, Grafana, SumoLogic, Docker, and Gatling (preferred/core technologies).
  • Experience with Claude Code and MCP server (preferred/core technologies).
  • Fully remote position open to candidates based in Canada.
  • English is required for all positions.
