Description

  • Schedule and publish approved social media content.
  • Maintain the social media calendar and format content for different platforms.
  • Make routine website updates under the communications director’s direction.
  • Maintain communications files, image libraries, contact lists, and content records.
  • Assist with newsletters, event materials, presentations, and digital content.
  • Track basic social media and website performance.
  • Support communications for DTID events and announcements.
  • Use approved AI and communications tools for routine production tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the Communications Division and follow brand and editorial standards.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and deadline management.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with a remote international team.
  • Knowledge of major social media platforms, publishing and scheduling tools, and website content-management systems.
  • Understanding of basic digital analytics, content formatting, digital communications tools, and Microsoft Office or comparable applications.
  • Basic experience preparing images, presentations, or other digital content.
  • Early-career experience in communications, digital media, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, media studies, digital media, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted communications tools, basic design tools, or content-scheduling platforms preferred.
  • Interest in climate change, sustainability, international development, AI, blockchain, or emerging technologies preferred; additional international language skills are advantageous.
