Description

  • Create original social content for multiple projects.
  • Post approved content and engage with talent audiences and related accounts while maintaining each talent’s voice and accuracy.
  • Manage social calendars and support project strategy development.
  • Develop and implement innovative social media ideas and activations for each project.
  • Monitor digital trends, including TikTok trends and Twitter/X topics, and recommend relevant participation opportunities.
  • Track social media analytics and prepare weekly observation updates and monthly recap reports.
  • Collaborate on fan activations, content creation, and influencer-related social campaign efforts.
  • Work across several projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in social content production or a related role.
  • Experience editing video using iPhone apps such as CapCut, Edits, and InShot is required.
  • Other editing apps/software are a strong plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a descriptive and engaging writing style.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to self-motivate, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and Facebook.
  • Experience with additional platforms such as YouTube and LinkedIn is a bonus.
  • Digitally fluent with the ability to identify trending topics as they emerge.
  • Strong understanding of activism/social justice topics and current events as they relate to social media.
  • Experience working with media talent, especially film/television actors or reality stars, is strongly preferred.
  • Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be available Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm PST, with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed.
