Description

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with global retailers and hardware partners such as Honeywell, Datalogic, NCR, and Zebra.
  • Serve as the liaison between retail customers, hardware vendors, and internal Digimarc teams.
  • Collaborate with hardware partners to align product roadmaps and identify integration opportunities.
  • Facilitate clear communication among vendor product and sales teams, retail key account managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with partners and retailers to address technical and operational challenges that affect deployment.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that expand Digimarc’s presence in the retail market.
  • Use retail executive relationships to drive adoption of Digimarc technology and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies in retail hardware and anti-fraud solutions.
  • Support the rollout and optimization of Digimarc solutions across stores, departments, and use cases.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Proven success in the retail industry with a deep understanding of retail operations, technology, and common challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow executive-level relationships with retail companies and major technology vendors, especially hardware partners.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the relationships between hardware manufacturers and retailers, including their needs and priorities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong drive to achieve ambitious goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Understanding of hardware integration, software deployment concepts, and retail point-of-sale solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
