Description

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Advanced Practice Provider roles across multi-state practices.
  • Source passive candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, ACNM, specialty talent resources, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and conduct personalized outreach to prospective candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth initial interviews to assess fit for site-specific needs.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Escalate candidate questions or concerns to hiring managers and leadership as needed.
  • Deliver routine and ad hoc hiring status reports and pipeline updates to the Clinical Recruitment Manager.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the role.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of dedicated women’s health recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CNM/WHNP scope of practice, credentialing requirements, and compensation benchmarks is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with ATS and CRM tools; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Suite.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates using multiple hiring tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a warm, relationship-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting.
