Description

  • Own operational workflows across the patient journey, including onboarding, lab fulfillment, visit scheduling, prescription fulfillment tracking, and renewals.
  • Monitor daily operations dashboards and queues to identify stuck orders, missed handoffs, and SLA breaches, then drive issues to resolution.
  • Coordinate with diagnostic, clinical, and pharmacy partners on order status, exceptions, and escalations.
  • Build and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and escalation paths with thorough documentation.
  • Track and report operational KPIs to leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Manage critical results and urgent escalation workflows, ensuring clinical items reach treating OB-GYNs promptly and are documented end to end.
  • Partner with the Customer Support Lead to keep patient-facing communication and back-office operations aligned.
  • Support launch readiness testing and own post-launch operational stability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations roles, including at least 2 years in healthcare operations.
  • Direct-to-consumer operations experience in a consumer subscription or e-commerce business.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and handling of protected health information.
  • Strong process and documentation habits, including building SOPs by default.
  • Fluent written and spoken English for communication with US-based partners and vendors.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills and familiarity with tools such as Notion and Slack.
  • Availability to work consistent US Eastern Time hours.
  • Experience at a telehealth or digital health startup during a product launch (preferred).
  • Exposure to women's health, lab diagnostics logistics, or pharmacy fulfillment (preferred).
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior operations staff (preferred).
