Description

  • Identify client core service requirements for assigned implementation projects.
  • Manage and perform core service build and scripting to meet project deadlines and client requirements.
  • Configure and implement improvements by authoring scripts and other build changes.
  • Provide technical input and recommendations to help customers achieve desired outcomes.
  • Deliver solution demonstrations during the implementation cycle as needed.
  • Coordinate closely with internal engineering and other technical teams.
  • Collaborate with clients, project management, sales, product, engineering, and technical support stakeholders.
  • Coach others to improve product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within technical and implementation teams.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in an implementation engineering role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across internal and external teams.
  • Advanced understanding of Python and SQL programming.
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and/or Oracle.
  • Experience with Atlassian products and project management tools such as Confluence, Smartsheet, and Salesforce.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS.
  • Working knowledge of APIs for third-party integration.
  • Preferred: proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS concepts and techniques.
  • Preferred: technical understanding of EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Athena.
  • Preferred: experience with Datadog and Splunk monitoring tools.
