Description

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand narrative, marketing objectives, and audience needs across providers, health systems, and digital health partners.
  • Create, edit, and oversee production of blogs, case studies, executive op-eds, white papers, thought leadership pieces, videos, and social media assets.
  • Conceptualize and produce gated content such as playbooks, solution briefs, and executive guides for ABM campaigns and lead capture.
  • Plan, execute, and promote webinars, including internally produced sessions, partner webinars, speaking sessions, and event topics.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and sales to support campaigns, launches, and key initiatives.
  • Own the content calendar by planning, prioritizing, and scheduling content for campaigns, events, and announcements.
  • Monitor content performance and engagement metrics and use insights to inform future strategy.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and production partners, including briefs, feedback, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Oversee content-related budgets, vendor contracts, invoicing, and spend tracking in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
  • Maintain DexCare’s voice, tone, and brand standards across all content touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in content marketing or corporate communications.
  • Experience in healthcare, technology, or SaaS is preferred.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience implementing and using AI tools to streamline content production and improve content velocity.
  • Proven experience managing content calendars and external agencies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of lead generation, SEO, content performance analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Hands-on ability to shape content strategy and produce high-impact content assets.

  • $100,000–$140,000 annual base salary.
