Description

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using Python and Golang.
  • Design and implement serverless solutions that balance scalability, high availability, and cost efficiency.
  • Integrate AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS (PostgreSQL), Step Functions, and API Gateway.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms and apply API security best practices.
  • Participate in technical definition, design, and implementation of new features and platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the development team to uphold engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance, security, reliability, and scalability issues.
  • Contribute to CI/CD processes and support automated, reliable deployments.
  • Improve backend architecture and cloud-native solutions over time.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance for maintainable software delivery.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in software development.
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining backend applications using Python and Golang in production environments.
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed backend services.
  • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, service-oriented architecture, and scalable system design.
  • Experience developing and maintaining serverless applications.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and event-driven architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS (PostgreSQL), Step Functions, API Gateway, and serverless architectures.
  • Experience designing cloud-native solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Experience troubleshooting performance, scalability, and security issues.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Experience working collaboratively within agile development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and reading.
  • Experience in fintech, payment platforms, or financial services environments (nice to have).
  • Experience working with microservices architectures (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of additional AWS services and cloud-native development practices (nice to have).
  • Experience contributing to architecture reviews and technical strategy discussions (nice to have).
  • Proactive mindset, ownership, and attention to detail (nice to have).
  • Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (nice to have).
