Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET/C# on the backend and React or Angular on the frontend.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate applications with third-party systems.
  • Develop and support HL7 interfaces for healthcare data exchange between clinical and administrative systems.
  • Collaborate with product, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure Functions.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.
  • Support claims processing workflows and maintain data integrity across the claims lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development roles.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET/C# and at least one frontend framework, React or Angular.
  • Solid experience with SQL Server, including query optimization and database design.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrations.
  • Proficient with code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Experience with HL7 messaging in healthcare data exchange, including ADT, ORM, and ORU.
  • Understanding of claims processing concepts, including 837/835 transactions, adjudication workflows, and provider dataflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including deployment, monitoring, and DevOps pipelines, is preferred.
  • Exposure to FHIR or other modern healthcare interoperability standards is preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security best practices is preferred.
