Requirements

  • Ability to build scalable, high-performance digital products.
  • Comfort working across the stack.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
  • Familiarity with AI copilots or similar tools to support development productivity.
  • Strong technical fundamentals.
  • Interest in emerging development workflows and AI-native coding practices.
