Description

  • Act as the main point of contact for proposal preparation.
  • Lead bid qualification activities with Sales and Presales teams.
  • Own the end-to-end RFP process from opportunity assessment through proposal handoff to delivery.
  • Identify RFP risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
  • Develop winning proposal strategies aligned with client needs.
  • Analyze RFP requirements and create compliance matrices.
  • Write executive summaries and custom proposal materials.
  • Oversee proposal development for clarity, consistency, and strong visuals.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate and compelling responses.
  • Track RFP responses, maintain records, and keep management informed of progress.
  • Maintain and improve the proposal resource library.
  • Refine proposal materials based on feedback and win/loss analysis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in proposal development, bid management, and RFP processes.
  • Experience in software development and a strong understanding of SDLC.
  • Profound knowledge of the business development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with different buyer personas and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
  • Sales experience and understanding of sales processes are desirable.
  • 2+ years of project management experience are desirable.
  • Technical background and familiarity with the IT industry are desirable.
