Description

  • Define and drive the long-term automation strategy, tools, processes, and testing methodologies for the QA organization.
  • Lead and mentor a senior AQA team, including performance reviews and tailored Professional Development Plans (PDPs).
  • Own full-stack test automation for a large-scale POS platform with weekly production releases and diverse client configurations.
  • Design, scale, and maintain high-performance automation frameworks using Python, Playwright, and pytest.
  • Implement AI-driven testing workflows, including AI agents, AI-enhanced Playwright scripts, and automated log analysis.
  • Evaluate, implement, and support the full QA toolchain to improve delivery velocity and system reliability.
  • Serve as the technical face of QA in client-facing presentations and high-level solution discussions.
  • Design and maintain cloud-based test infrastructure and environments on AWS.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code and containerized test environments using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Integrate automated test suites into deployment pipelines to support a quality-first CI/CD process.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of end-to-end test automation experience with a proven track record of driving automation strategy and technical roadmaps.
  • Experience as a Team Lead, including managing performance reviews and PDPs.
  • Ability to defend architectural decisions and influence senior engineering stakeholders.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English for client-facing discussions and technical presentations.
  • Expert-level Python with strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, and pytest.
  • Experience integrating AI into testing workflows, including AI agents and log analysis.
  • Deep experience designing and maintaining test infrastructure in cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with large-scale POS systems and complex client configurations is desirable.
  • Experience working with AWS is desirable.
