Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker-in-Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Develop internal tools and frameworks that improve developer efficiency using Jenkins Shared Libraries, SonarQube, and artifact repositories.
  • Optimize build performance, reduce build failures, and improve reliability through automation and observability.
  • Monitor and improve developer productivity KPIs, including build time, build failure rate, and DORA metrics.
  • Act as a bridge between platform and engineering teams to reduce friction in build, test, and deploy workflows.
  • Integrate quality gates and vulnerability scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage, upgrade, and support developer productivity tools in Kubernetes to ensure scalability, security, and high availability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Developer Productivity, DevOps, or Tooling Engineering roles.
  • Deep understanding of Jenkins pipelines and Groovy.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD systems.
  • Strong experience with Docker, Docker-in-Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience tracking and reporting developer productivity metrics and DORA metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with SonarQube and JFrog Artifactory or Artifact Registry.
  • Experience integrating artifact management and quality/security tooling into CI/CD workflows.
  • Comfortable with scripting for automation, preferably Bash and Python.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with developers, QA, and platform teams.
  • Familiarity with Node.js is a plus.
