Description

  • Manage end-to-end travel bookings for flights, trains, hotels, and car rentals.
  • Research and compare travel options based on client preferences, budget, and timelines.
  • Source competitive pricing and recommend cost-effective travel solutions.
  • Confirm bookings and provide clear itineraries to travelers and stakeholders.
  • Verify rates, discounts, and service availability before finalizing arrangements.
  • Finalize travel budgets and monitor cost alignment with planned spending.
  • Work with the finance team to track and reconcile travel expenses.
  • Assist with visa applications for destinations including the US, UK, Brazil, and ESTA.
  • Advise travelers on required documents, insurance, and travel regulations.
  • Implement new booking tools, support process improvements, and update travel policies as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in corporate travel management or a travel agent role.
  • Solid knowledge of travel planning and trip coordination.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office, including Google Sheets/Excel for large collaborative spreadsheets.
  • Experience working with macOS.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Clear, timely stakeholder communication and the ability to work independently within company policies and standards.
  • Proven ability to learn new tools and procedures quickly.
  • Solid customer service skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience handling U.S. B1/B2 visa applications is desirable.
  • Strong skills in managing loyalty programs, points, and miles are desirable.
  • Familiarity with Expedia, Travellanda, and Booking.com, including corporate bonus accounts, is desirable.
  • Experience in IT or similar travel-industry roles, such as visa support or business trip coordination, is desirable.
  • International travel experience and comfort working in English-speaking environments are desirable.
