Description

  • Architect and implement Azure infrastructure aligned with Azure Well-Architected Framework principles.
  • Develop, review, and maintain Bicep or Terraform infrastructure-as-code modules.
  • Build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
  • Manage Azure services including VMs, AKS, ACR, App Services, databases, storage, Azure AD, Front Door, Application Gateway, and monitoring tools.
  • Design multi-subscription, hub-and-spoke network architectures using Management Groups, Virtual WAN, Private Link, and RBAC.
  • Deploy and manage Palo Alto firewalls, ExpressRoute, hybrid connectivity, and secure inter-VNet communication.
  • Lead and support migrations of applications and infrastructure from on-premises platforms into Azure.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize RBAC, managed identities, networking, monitoring, security, and compliance controls.
  • Document architectures and processes and support distributed teams across U.S. time zones.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and resident of the continental United States.
  • 6+ years of hands-on Azure and DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience, including production infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code.
  • Deep knowledge of Azure core services, governance, and architecture patterns.
  • Strong experience with Bicep or Terraform.
  • Proficiency with container tooling such as Docker, AKS, or App Services.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure AD, RBAC, VNets, NSGs, Palo Alto firewalls, ExpressRoute, and monitoring practices.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Understanding of .NET or Java application stacks.
  • Strong communication skills and experience supporting distributed teams.
  • Experience with vSphere, Pure Storage, hybrid networking, CIS or NIST compliance, SOC/SIEM tools such as QRadar, third-party API integrations, Power BI, FinOps, or hybrid/cloud disaster recovery (preferred).
