Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL services using Java, Spring Boot, Azure API Management, and external-platform integrations.
  • Build high-performance front-end and back-end applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, Node.js, and Azure services.
  • Design and implement cloud-native, microservices, serverless, and distributed architectures on Azure.
  • Build, deploy, operate, and scale containerized applications using Docker, Azure Container Registry, Azure Container Apps, and AKS.
  • Implement event-driven systems using Apache Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Event Grid.
  • Develop automated API, microservices, UI, unit, and integration tests, including contract testing and service virtualization.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Azure Bicep.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases for performance, availability, scalability, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and engineers to deliver products on schedule in an Agile environment.
  • Participate in code reviews and uphold standards for security, performance, maintainability, and code quality.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Deep hands-on cloud engineering experience architecting, deploying, and operating production-grade cloud-native applications; substantial Azure or AWS experience considered.
  • Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise, along with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
  • Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL services, including Azure API Management.
  • Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Container Registry.
  • Experience designing highly available distributed systems and event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Event Grid, or Apache Kafka.
  • Experience with Azure services including App Service, Functions, Virtual Machines, Storage, SQL Database, Service Bus, and API Management.
  • Experience building automated CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools, plus infrastructure as code using Terraform or Azure Bicep.
  • Experience designing and optimizing PostgreSQL, Azure SQL Database, MySQL, and Azure Cosmos DB.
  • Knowledge of cloud security and observability, including Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Key Vault, managed identities, RBAC, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.
