Description

  • Administer, monitor, and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, Entra ID, and Intune.
  • Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including identity sources, networking, security controls, HPC, SAML, and Route53.
  • Support Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, file services, patching, and backups.
  • Administer and customize Jira and Confluence to align with team workflows and integrations.
  • Operate and support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, site connectivity, and basic SD-WAN.
  • Design network layouts and subnet allocation for new facilities and maintain network monitoring and incident resolution.
  • Apply security best practices across systems and networks, including compliance, monitoring, and incident response readiness.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, and applications.
  • Advise IT support specialists on software and hardware settings and help resolve complex incidents.
  • Maintain documentation for IT systems, configurations, and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems and network administration with broad cross-platform exposure.
  • Certification in Microsoft 365 administration, AWS Associate/Professional, Network+, CCNA, or security-focused credentials such as Security+ is advantageous.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including identity, access control, automation, device management, monitoring, and incident resolution.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and modern cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO27001, ABDO, and NIS.
  • Familiarity with monitoring platforms such as PRTG, SolarWinds, CloudWatch, SIEM tools, or SOC/NOC environments.
  • Basic to intermediate Linux administration experience.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling.
  • Understanding of virtualization solutions such as VMware or Hyper-V and storage technologies.
  • Strong Windows Server and Active Directory skills.
  • Competence with AWS services, security groups, IAM, networking, and resource configuration.
  • Deep understanding of OIDC, SAML 2.0, SCIM, and MFA flows.
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, or HRIS tools with Entra ID.
  • Experience with automation or scripting using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Solid understanding of network fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Ability to translate technical constraints into business solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
