Description

  • Provide accurate information on travel bookings, itineraries, and policies
  • Troubleshoot common travel-related issues and escalate complex matters when needed
  • Maintain current knowledge of supplier systems, policies, and procedures
  • Follow up with clients after booking to support satisfaction
  • Accurately log client communications in internal systems
  • Deliver service with professionalism and empathy

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Comfort using online tools, booking portals, and CRM systems
  • Tech-savvy with a quiet, professional home workspace
  • Detail-oriented and committed to helping clients
  • Customer service or travel industry experience is preferred but not required
  • Passion for travel and delivering excellent service
