Description

  • Build and improve the agentic video editing product experience, including chat-based editing workflows and user retention.
  • Experiment to improve video editing agent quality through harness and tool design, token and context optimization, RL, and multimodal model development.
  • Develop and scale agent infrastructure as model capabilities and usage continue to grow.
  • Design and ship product capabilities such as chat history and other key user workflows.
  • Tune prompt templates and other agent interactions to improve usability and address user feedback.
  • Lay the foundations for developer tooling for agents, including logging, evals frameworks, online monitoring, and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with product, design, AI research, and other engineering functions on feature and infrastructure work.
  • Contribute to a flat team structure with high ownership across senior-or-higher engineering scope.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional product engineering or fullstack experience.
  • Experience with TypeScript, React, and RESTful APIs, or similar technologies.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and databases.
  • Experience with Postgres and Redis.
  • High ownership and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and work with product, design, and AI research partners.
  • Senior-level or staff-level equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience building creative tools or being a frequent user of creative media tools.
  • Preferred experience building agents, evals infrastructure, or LLM-powered product experiences.
