Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust public and internal APIs for payments, subscriptions, authentication, consumption tracking, and text-to-speech services.
  • Oversee and optimize the backend API landscape for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Build and maintain backend services supporting payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text-to-speech, and external APIs.
  • Collaborate on B2B solutions to support enterprise customization and integration needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience.
  • Contribute to product decisions in a fast-paced, flat organization.
  • Prioritize work based on urgency and impact while delivering results quickly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in backend development with TS/Node required.
  • Direct experience with GCP.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers.
  • Ability to ideate and implement efficiently while prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
  • Preferred experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Preferred proficiency in deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes.
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of work ethic.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, fully distributed environment.
  • Portfolio and LinkedIn links requested as part of the application.
