Description

  • Lead day-to-day project delivery across multiple performance marketing projects, including media planning and strategy, social advertising, programmatic, and creative testing.
  • Define clear requirements across media, creative, and strategy teams.
  • Build timelines and coordinate deliverables using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Manage project scope and budget while keeping work on track.
  • Act as the connector between internal teams such as media, creative, and analytics, as well as external stakeholders.
  • Support campaign setup, approvals, QA processes, and performance check-ins.
  • Identify blockers proactively and drive solutions to keep projects moving.
  • Support structured test planning and testing roadmaps across creative and media teams.
  • Own project financials, including budget overviews, invoicing support, and billing coordination with finance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in workflows from kickoff through reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an agency environment, ideally managing paid media or integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of digital performance marketing, especially paid social, search, and programmatic.
  • Fluency in project management practices with flexibility to adapt as priorities change.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and motivate internal teams.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks across multiple clients and teams.
  • Hands-on experience with cross-functional marketing teams (preferred).
  • Passion for marketing and creative work (preferred).
  • Passion for continuous learning and improving team workflows (preferred).
