Description

  • Lead cross-functional delivery for a key client and act as the primary relationship holder within DEPT®.
  • Develop annual client strategies in partnership with senior stakeholders.
  • Hold recurring meetings with senior client leadership to review business priorities, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the commercial lead by managing scopes of work, SOWs, amendments, and contract negotiations.
  • Forecast, reconcile, and monitor client revenue and profitability across the portfolio.
  • Manage client satisfaction, retention, and growth through regular communication with senior decision-makers.
  • Lead new business pitches and proposals with leadership and the growth team.
  • Guide and support internal teams to deliver high-quality work, resolve issues, and maintain effective ways of working.
  • Line-manage, motivate, and inspire team members while ensuring strong account team/client fit and onboarding.
  • Resolve cross-channel, operational, and interpersonal issues across teams and client accounts.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in client-service roles within an agency environment.
  • Experience managing large clients, AOR accounts, and agency teams.
  • Experience managing complex campaigns and high-volume retainers.
  • Experience leading multi-service retainer relationships for brands or clients.
  • Experience working with a global brand.
  • Confidence managing both brand and conversion/direct-response campaigns.
  • Experience leading, motivating, and coaching teams of 10+ people.
  • Strong delegation skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects without direct management.
  • Experience working directly with directors, VPs, and C-level clients on strategy development.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, presentation, and written/verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, stay focused under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience delivering commercial success in an agency model.
  • Familiarity with DEPT®'s service offerings and department leads.
  • Ability to think strategically beyond the immediate role and align work to company goals.
  • Proficiency in working with data.
  • US remote role with an anticipated salary range of $180,000 to $215,000 USD.
  • Ability to work a 40-hour workweek.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. via E-Verify.
