Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with senior clients and internal teams to build annual media strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead recurring client meetings focused on business performance, strategic opportunities, and growth.
  • Serve as the day-to-day trusted partner for key client stakeholders and drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate across media, creative, analytics, data, strategy, and other teams to deliver integrated work.
  • Translate cross-channel performance into actionable insights, recommendations, and client-facing narratives.
  • Review reporting and deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with business questions.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, workflow issues, and operational improvements across accounts.
  • Mentor junior team members and support direct report development where applicable.
  • Maintain oversight of budgets, pacing, testing, reporting, and other account workstreams.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in client partnership, account management, media, or related agency roles.
  • Experience operating at a Senior Manager level or equivalent.
  • B2B and Enterprise experience is required.
  • Experience with media planning, campaign execution, budget management, forecasting, pacing, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams across media, strategy, analytics/data, and creative.
  • Strong client relationship skills and experience communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to turn complex media performance into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple complex workstreams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience mentoring or developing junior team members; direct people management is a plus.
  • Remote U.S.-based role; candidates in Pacific or Mountain time zones are preferred.
