Description

  • Manage paid search performance and overall client account health for an assigned portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including responding to emails and leading weekly calls.
  • Design and execute paid search channel strategy aligned to client goals.
  • Develop and implement monitoring, optimization, and testing approaches to improve performance.
  • Prioritize initiatives that will have the greatest impact on account results.
  • Create client roadmaps, testing plans, reports, dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs.
  • Manage client budgets and steward spend toward performance targets.
  • Prepare agendas and lead status calls, including updates on completed work and future initiatives.
  • Ensure all account management deliverables go through QA and are error-free.
  • Own relationships with platform representatives and coordinate strategic opportunities with them.
  • Support the Account Lead in coordinating initiatives with growth teams across the client roadmap.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of paid search experience.
  • Comfort with budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology.
  • Experience across Google network types, including display network, search network, and app campaigns.
  • Experience with campaign types such as UAC, ACi, Google app campaigns, GDN campaigns, Performance Max, and Discovery campaigns.
  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Prior experience presenting findings and optimization recommendations to internal or external clients.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Energetic, creative, and hands-on approach to learning and growing in marketing.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
