Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain security and compliance controls across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments.
  • Provide cybersecurity expertise and practical secure-design guidance to European and country IT teams.
  • Embed security into application, infrastructure, identity, endpoint, API, and data-flow architectures.
  • Define security requirements with architects, engineers, project teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Support SOC and CSIRT incident response, including investigation, containment, remediation, and lessons learned.
  • Lead vulnerability management, including scanning, assessments, penetration-test coordination, and remediation tracking.
  • Identify and mitigate security risks while driving measurable improvements to the organization’s security posture.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical leadership for complex security issues.
  • Maintain security documentation, standards, reports, and control frameworks.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in cloud security or enterprise cybersecurity engineering.
  • Advanced Azure security expertise in at least two areas: Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, IaaS/network security, application/API security, or storage/database security.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 security expertise in at least two areas: Entra ID and IAM, Purview, Microsoft 365 Defender, or Intune/Endpoint Manager.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust, defense-in-depth, least privilege, hybrid cloud, and system integrations.
  • Experience with vulnerability management, penetration-test analysis, and remediation coordination.
  • Understanding of API security and modern integration technologies.
  • Scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar tools.
  • Experience designing and implementing secure Microsoft-based enterprise solutions.
  • Experience in large-scale or multi-country IT environments, security operations, incident response, and security tooling.
  • Ability to collaborate across infrastructure, development, and business teams; interest in progressing toward security architecture responsibilities.
