Description

  • Serve as Scrum Master and Delivery Lead across engineering teams, facilitating planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Translate technical notes and product input into complete, technically accurate requirements, tickets, and user stories.
  • Balance rapid AI prototyping with enterprise pipeline stabilization and structured development cycles.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate with Product, Cloud Ops, DevOps, and external contractors.
  • Secure the accounts, access, and information required to keep engineering teams unblocked.
  • Translate architectural guardrails for network isolation, database limits, and cost containment into engineering workflows.
  • Partner with System Architects to use AWS services and data read replicas while maintaining security, tenant isolation, and regional compliance.
  • Facilitate technical reviews to determine storage strategies aligned with developer needs and enterprise standards.
  • Oversee evaluation frameworks for multi-step agent workflows to support deterministic behavior and reduce unhandled hallucinations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience leading engineering or technical teams.
  • Proven experience running Scrum or Kanban across multi-tiered or split engineering teams.
  • Working familiarity with LLMs and enterprise-scale systems.
  • Experience collaborating with System Architects, Product, cloud and infrastructure operations, and external contractors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills for architectural and infrastructure decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with Vercel AI SDK, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex preferred.
  • Familiarity with agentic orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or AWS Step Functions preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Bedrock APIs, Guardrails, and Knowledge Base configurations preferred.
  • Understanding of vector retrieval, in-memory data stores, idempotency, and stateful rollback in distributed AI pipelines preferred.
