Description

  • Make 100-140+ outbound calls per day to warm, pre-qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Convert interested prospects into booked appointments for partner dental practices.
  • Follow up persistently through multiple touchpoints to move leads through the booking process.
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally to secure commitments.
  • Maintain detailed records and track interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion strategies.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment booking targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven B2C or B2B sales experience with documented success.
  • Prior experience in the dental field.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in high-volume outbound calling environments.
  • Clear spoken English that is easy to understand for North American callers.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistent follow-up strategies.
  • Expert-level phone skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong computer skills and CRM experience.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities.
  • Ability to work during peak calling hours.
  • Own a laptop or desktop computer capable of handling VOIP calls and CRM systems.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection, with wired preferred.
  • Professional headset or microphone suitable for clear phone calls.
  • Quiet, distraction-free private workspace with a professional webcam and background.
  • Backup power and internet solutions are a plus (recommended).
  • Experience in commission-based roles is preferred.
