Description

  • Design and own the AI-native GTM stack connecting CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, and outbound systems.
  • Automate the funnel end to end, including lead scoring, routing, and personalization at scale.
  • Build pipelines using LLMs and agentic workflows to improve each customer touchpoint.
  • Create dashboards and data models for attribution, pipeline velocity, and campaign performance.
  • Prototype internal tools and agents quickly, then harden successful solutions.
  • Partner with marketing leadership on campaigns and systemized execution of category-defining content initiatives.
  • Build and mentor a team of GTM engineers focused on automation and speed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM, RevOps, or marketing engineering.
  • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or security company, with ownership of systems and outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and automation tooling.
  • Python, SQL, and API-level fluency.
  • Comfort working with CRM data models and Jupyter notebooks.
  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, Clay, Outreach or Salesloft, 6sense or ZoomInfo, and Segment.
  • Strong understanding of how GTM systems connect and where data quality issues arise.
  • Bonus: experience in security, privacy, or risk categories.
