Description

  • Contact or transfer prospects using computer and telephone equipment to generate qualified leads.
  • Follow client-provided scripts and established procedures, including rigid verbatim scripting when required.
  • Greet prospects professionally and communicate clearly while listening effectively.
  • Verify required information and qualify leads according to client and company guidelines.
  • Accurately log leads and sales and complete required documentation and reporting.
  • Maintain quality assurance scores and comply with federal, state, client, and company rules and procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism with prospects, co-workers, and management.
  • Multitask across reading, typing, speaking, and navigating multiple web forms, screens, and browser tabs.
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and adapt to changes in scripts, campaign procedures, policies, or other requirements.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Oklahoma, Idaho, Texas, or Kansas.
  • Must be able to work remotely and have the required equipment: computer (not a Chromebook or tablet), phone (cellphone or landline), headset or earbuds with mic, internet access with Ethernet cord/adapter or Wi‑Fi booster, and a mouse (not a trackpad).
  • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week with a consistent schedule.
  • Strong communication skills with professional language and grammar, and the ability to speak clearly and audibly.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions, web forms, procedure manuals, and work instructions.
  • Good computer and keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to write routine correspondence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with prospects, co-workers, and all levels of management.
