Description

Lead the development of project plans to support functional areas or workstreams.
Monitor project execution and deliverables to ensure milestones and objectives are met.
Anticipate risks and issues such as resource bottlenecks and critical milestone delays.
Develop and implement risk mitigation plans proactively.
Navigate multiple stakeholders and priorities in a highly matrixed, geographically dispersed organization.
Drive initiatives, resolve issues, and facilitate conflict management to keep projects on track.
Assimilate complex information, operate in ambiguous situations, and simplify complex issues.
Collaborate across functional areas such as clinical, preclinical, CMC, or regulatory affairs.
Apply drug development business processes to project and program management.
Use project management tools including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and similar software.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
5+ years of experience in project or program management within pharma or biotech.
Experience in late-phase development organizations.
Familiarity with clinical trials from a project or program management perspective.
Experience with NDA submissions is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
High competence with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, or equivalent PM tools.
Experience with Planisware Enterprise and Office Timeline is preferred but not required.

Starting base salary range of $130,000 to $160,403.
