Description

  • Own organic growth across DM brands, including social media, SEO, blog content, and founder personal brands.
  • Run and grow accounts across X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Use AI tools to ideate, script, draft, and schedule content at high volume while preserving quality and brand voice.
  • Monitor trends, crypto news, and cultural moments to publish timely content.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars and AI-assisted production workflows.
  • Own SEO strategy for DM and FutureFinance.com, including keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and content briefs.
  • Produce and publish long-form educational blog content targeting high-intent crypto and DeFi search terms.
  • Support newsletter production by turning finalized content into polished, on-brand publications.
  • Build content repurposing workflows so one piece of content can be adapted across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Audit current organic performance, create a 90-day growth strategy, and report weekly on key metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of growing organic audiences on at least two platforms, with results to show.
  • Highly proficient with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and Descript, or equivalents.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and content strategy.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage output, and ship daily without hand-holding.
  • Excellent written English with the ability to write in multiple brand voices.
  • Genuine interest in crypto, DeFi, or Web3.
  • Experience growing accounts in finance, crypto, or education is a strong advantage.
  • Experience building AI-powered content workflows or automations using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom scripts is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Buffer, Notion, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Canva, or CapCut is a strong advantage.
  • Video editing or short-form video production skills are a strong advantage.
