Description

  • Serve as the public face of the club by hosting events, leading member communications, and representing the brand publicly.
  • Shape the club’s voice and narrative across media, online channels, and live events.
  • Design and execute the full member journey from onboarding through daily engagement.
  • Build frameworks that improve interaction, retention, community-driven growth, and member satisfaction.
  • Acquire the first 50 members in 90 days and create a scalable long-term growth engine.
  • Establish metrics and systems to track engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Build and manage the club’s investment pipeline, including sourcing, screening, due diligence, and presenting opportunities to members.
  • Partner with founders and co-investors to secure exclusive investment opportunities.
  • Own the club’s P&L, tech stack selection and implementation, and day-to-day operations.
  • Develop processes, reporting, and dashboards to drive accountability and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience with a track record of building something exceptional from scratch.
  • Direct experience building and scaling a paid community.
  • Strong public speaking and communication skills, including comfort on stage, on camera, and in the spotlight.
  • Proven ability to turn chaos into systems through process, prioritization, automation, and execution.
  • A dominant and influential leadership style that can command a room and drive results.
  • Experience operating with extreme ownership and high accountability.
  • Background as a company builder, community builder, or major product builder.
  • Ability to lead a new venture with a CEO-level mindset.
