Description

  • Own day-to-day HubSpot administration, including contact records, deal stages, pipeline accuracy, custom properties, and lifecycle stages.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for member and prospect data by keeping records clean, current, and actionable.
  • Identify and resolve duplicate records, data anomalies, and process gaps before they become operational issues.
  • Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and automations that support member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Coordinate with partner and leadership teams to ensure CRM data reflects real-time pipeline activity.
  • Continuously improve CRM architecture as the club scales across new pipelines, stages, and segments.
  • Track and report on funnel metrics such as applications, conversions, member tenure, engagement signals, and re-engagement triggers.
  • Build dashboards that provide leadership with clear visibility into pipeline health.
  • Own audience segmentation and list management for outreach campaigns.
  • Support member onboarding flows by ensuring communications go out on schedule and records are updated at each stage.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on CRM or revenue operations experience.
  • HubSpot experience is a hard requirement.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, lifecycle stages, and funnel reporting.
  • Ability to build workflows and sequences independently without hand-holding.
  • Strong judgment about when automation helps and when it creates problems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to fixing issues.
  • Async-first and comfortable working in a fast-moving distributed team across time zones.
  • Clear and concise written communication skills.
  • Experience in financial services, investment communities, high-ticket sales, or private membership organisations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Web3, DeFi, or crypto-adjacent audiences is a plus.
  • Exposure to SPV workflows, investor relations, or regulated communications is a plus.
  • Experience with ClickUp, Slack automation, or n8n is a plus.
