Description

  • Own the go-to-market roadmap for Italy and localize the global playbook for the market.
  • Build and manage the trust and growth engine for the Italian market.
  • Develop analytical models, decks, and project plans to support market execution and decision-making.
  • Lead omni-channel creator and YouTube partnership strategies across finance, tech, and lifestyle verticals.
  • Manage influencer and creator relationships as a core acquisition channel.
  • Identify, pitch, and close strategic commercial partnerships and integrations relevant to Italian consumers.
  • Lead trust-building initiatives, including local certifications and consumer program registrations.
  • Serve as Deblock’s primary spokesperson in podcasts, TV panels, conferences, and industry events.
  • Bridge strategy and hands-on execution by coordinating local market activities and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years of experience, ideally beginning in management consulting or investment banking.
  • Hands-on experience in a high-growth B2C startup environment.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to build models, decks, and project plans.
  • Understanding of B2C marketing, customer acquisition funnels, and CAC/LTV.
  • Comfort presenting publicly on stage, on podcasts, and in media appearances.
  • Ability to negotiate commercial contracts and manage external relationships.
  • Ability to explain crypto concepts, including non-custodial products, to a broad consumer audience.
  • Previous experience scaling a consumer app or fintech product in the Italian market is preferred.
  • Experience navigating Italian regulatory nuances or consumer protection issues is preferred.
  • An established or growing network across Italian fintech, media, and local payment platforms is preferred.
