Description

  • Own HubSpot administration and orchestrate integrations across HubSpot, Clay, and Unify.
  • Map GTM motions across the technology stack and identify which systems and plays drive results.
  • Prioritize and sequence high-impact systems improvements and resolve operational blockers.
  • Design scalable workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, and integrations for a 250K+ contact environment.
  • Document systems, workflows, ownership, and operating processes.
  • Translate Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success needs into effective systems and GTM plays.
  • Test, QA, and review system changes before release.
  • Enable teams to use HubSpot confidently through clear workflows and documentation.

Requirements

  • Deep HubSpot experience in a high-volume environment, ideally with 100K+ contacts and a product-led growth motion.
  • Demonstrated personal ownership of GTM systems and business outcomes.
  • Strategic, business-impact-oriented approach to prioritization and experimentation.
  • Ability to reason logically about dependencies and sequence work effectively.
  • Comfort with AI and agentic workflows across modern GTM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to testing and reviewing work.
  • Openness to coaching and constructive feedback.
  • Enthusiasm for mastering HubSpot, Clay, and Unify.
  • Experience scaling GTM systems at a startup (preferred).
  • SQL fluency, DBeaver or CloudBeaver data-management experience, HubSpot certifications, or AI prompt-engineering experience (preferred).
