Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure across hardware, networks, endpoint management, identity and access management, and business systems.
  • Partner with Clinical Operations, Product, People, and Market Operations to translate field needs into scalable IT solutions.
  • Evaluate and manage IT support partners and vendors, ensuring solutions are secure, cost-effective, and fit for purpose.
  • Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, network, and access issues through remote and in-person troubleshooting.
  • Own IT security practices, including endpoint security, access controls, data protection, HIPAA compliance, SOC 2 audits, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity response.
  • Build and document provisioning and deprovisioning processes for equipment, systems access, and accounts.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies covering acceptable use, data handling, and incident response.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or a related technical role.
  • Experience supporting corporate environments and multi-site or field-based workforces.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry; healthcare, HIPAA, EHR, or clinical technology experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint management, networking fundamentals, identity and access management, and IT security best practices.
  • Ability to create IT processes, policies, and documentation from scratch in a startup environment.
  • Service-oriented approach with strong troubleshooting and employee support skills.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to support regional care teams in person.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical colleagues.
  • Interest in Daymark Health’s mission to transform cancer care.

Benefits

  • $130,000–$150,000 compensation, depending on experience.
  • Periodic travel to support regional care teams in person.
