Description

  • Own and optimize the global demand engine across campaigns, digital channels, content, and web to generate qualified pipeline and ARR growth.
  • Align closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Finance on full-funnel visibility, attribution, and revenue accountability.
  • Lead and mentor a global team across campaign, digital, content, and web marketing disciplines.
  • Design and execute global and regional integrated campaigns for priority segments, industries, and product plays.
  • Translate product positioning into integrated marketing programs that create and convert demand.
  • Manage paid, owned, and earned digital channels including search, display, social, syndication, and ABM.
  • Optimize media mix, channel strategy, and conversion efficiency to maximize ROI.
  • Lead content strategy and distribution across thought leadership, product stories, customer case studies, and videos.
  • Own Dataiku.com as a growth platform, optimizing for demand capture, SEO/AEO, personalization, and user experience.
  • Establish marketing measurement, experimentation, and performance dashboards to improve campaign, web, and funnel performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of B2B marketing experience, including leadership of global digital and demand-generation functions.
  • Proven success in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling multi-channel demand engines with measurable revenue impact.
  • Deep expertise in integrated campaign strategy, paid media, SEO, marketing automation, and digital analytics.
  • Strong content strategy and storytelling skills for complex B2B buying cycles.
  • Proficiency with marketing technology stacks, including CRM, MAP, analytics, ABM, and personalization tools.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate marketing performance into business impact.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Growth-minded, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced global environment.

  • Base salary range of $225,000 to $300,000 USD for US roles.
