Description

  • Design end-to-end AI solutions using Dataiku’s platform, including Agent Hub, Prompt Studio, LLM Mesh, and Knowledge Banks.
  • Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems with Dataiku Visual Agents and code-based frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude Agent SDK, and OpenAI Agents SDK.
  • Integrate and optimize LLM APIs across multiple providers, balancing cost, latency, and quality through model routing strategies.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, including agentic RAG and GraphRAG, with reranking, filtering, and document extraction.
  • Work with Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Sales Operations, and Marketing to deliver solutions.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements, identify underlying user pain points, and design solutions that address both.
  • Own projects end-to-end from requirements intake and solution design through build, deployment, and handover.
  • Develop autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents, choosing between platform capabilities and custom Python-based architectures as appropriate.
  • Design and build custom agent tools, API integrations, data retrieval modules, decisioning logic, and automated workflows.
  • Build, publish, and consume MCP servers for agent-to-tool integration across systems.
  • Create evaluation and monitoring approaches to measure reliability, accuracy, cost, and business impact in production.
  • Develop front-end interfaces for AI applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Dataiku webapps, Dataiku Answers, or Vue.js and Node.js.
  • Collaborate on UX design to ensure internal stakeholders find AI solutions intuitive and responsive.
  • Provide product feedback to the development team and stay current with evolving AI engineering practices, protocols, and tools.

Requirements

  • Strong Python skills, including familiarity with common data science and AI engineering libraries.
  • Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, tool chaining, autonomous decision-making, and production deployment of AI agents.
  • Experience with modern agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude Agent SDK, or OpenAI Agents SDK; LangChain alone is not sufficient.
  • Understanding of RAG architectures, including vector databases, embedding strategies, agentic RAG, and GraphRAG.
  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) for agent-to-tool integration, or the ability to quickly adopt new integration standards.
  • Experience with structured outputs, function/tool calling, and prompt engineering across multiple LLM providers.
  • Web development fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with Vue.js and Node.js is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI evaluation practices and production monitoring of model or agent performance.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
  • Familiarity with Dataiku is a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple technologies, optimize workflows, and deliver user-friendly AI solutions in production.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and measurable business value.
  • Openness to learning new tools and adapting to a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
